The yeti and my fireball!

On a cold, dark evening,

A fireball entered my trembling heart.

Unfurling a glow my face lacked,

And the zeal that my wings craved.

Fortunate I was for its presence

For sheltering me from

My own demons.

As I rejoiced in its warmth

A yeti came along running.

He pulled away my fireball

To take it to his mountain home.

And I was left trembling,

In the cold and dark evenings to come.

          1. It’s entirely up to us whether to say the glass is ‘haf filled’ or ‘haf empty’. Only the existence of haf glass of water remains undeniable fact. Have a good day Miss.

  1. Yeti is a lie… muse on something less surreal yet elusive like, snow leopard 🙂
Reading it from a neutral blogger’s pov, nicely penned doc… Although the theme is very old and common, still we all go through such situations… Liked it 🙂
